  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute on North American social media and digital marketing strategy for European manufacturers of consumer products to strengthen brand awareness and increase brand equity: 
  • SOCIAL MEDIA - CONTENT
  • Create, curate, publish, and maintain content across all social media channels including Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage creative composition of social images in relation to the content calendar, and correspond with photographer(s) to ensure social photos align to the brand image
  • Optimize keywords used on company pages and in social media content to increase the visibility of brand messaging
 
  • SOCIAL MEDIA - ANALYTICS
  • Compile social media analytics reports using listening tools to measure content performance
  • Continuously innovate content strategy by leveraging insights derived from social data/metrics
  • Create and monitor all social media promotions and giveaways, Pin-to-Win contests, photo contests.
  • Manage all pay-per-click and other online advertising campaigns (including Amazon Ads, Instagram Promotions).
 
  • SOCIAL MEDIA – ENGAGEMENT
  • Identify and contact relevant social media influencers for potential promotional partnership opportunities.
  • Listen and engage with followers and other relevant communities on social media to increase brand awareness
 NECESSARY SKILLS 
  • Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred) with a solid academic record
  • Creative thinking in identifying unique ways to present photos and content on social media channels
  • Experience with and a deep passion for the use of social media.
  • Strong computer skills, especially skilled in social platforms
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all branding, voice and tone, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must!
