SALES SUPPORT – INSIDE SALES

•    Industry: Sales for Food & Beverage Products

•    Location: Los Angeles (Near LAX)

•    Salary: Based on Experience + competitive benefit package

•    Years of Exp.: 1-2 in similar position

•    Qualifications: B2C inside sales support for Food and Beverage

•    Reporting to: Senior Account Executives

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Provide in-house back-up and support to the sales team on all sales functions

•    Execute in-house office administration functions and activities necessary to support the sales process and guarantee an excellent customer experience

•    Some examples are:

1.    New customers set up

2.    PO processing

3.    Customer service and trouble shooting

•    Update and maintain sales and other reports used to share information within the sales team

•    Marketing program administration: collaborate with the marketing team for email campaigns, trade show organization, marketing collaterals production

 

NECESSARY SKILLS

•    Excellent understanding of the sales process

•    Excellent customers service attitude

•    Familiarity with use of Windows-based computer software

•    Bicultural mindset and work experience: North America – Europe

•    E-commerce administrative function experience preferred: EDI and dropship processing for national retailers

•    Bachelor’s Degree
