The sales process will be executed by our team, in coordination with your sales manager who will contribute with their technical knowledge of the product.
An initial sales plan will be prepared in conjunction with your management team based on your insights, our experience, and any additional market data collected.
The strategy and activities outlined in these steps will be reviewed and revised as the project develops.
We will set up your U.S. sales office out of our own headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
Nuove Sales personnel involved in the project will operate interacting with the market as your employees.

Outreach and management of the sales channels.
Lead Generation: Potential new clients will be identified and targeted through various lead generation activities.
Sales Development: Our sales team will work in conjunction with our lead generation team to nurture leads, develop sales conversation, and grow the sales pipeline.
Customer Acquisition: Our sales team will negotiate agreements and close deals. Your company’s sales or export manager can be involved in negotiations as needed.
Customer Management: The customer portfolio is managed over time to retain acquired customers and upsell whenever possible.
